Động cơ DC là gì? Có rất nhiều người vẫn chưa hiểu được khái niệm này bởi đây là khái niệm chuyên ngành kỹ thuật nên có thể nhiều người vẫn chưa rõ. Động cơ DC là gì?
Động cơ DC (DC là viết tắt của từ Direct Current Motors) hay còn gọi là động cơ điện một chiều đấy là động cơ được điều khiển và tinh chỉnh bằng dòng được bố trí theo hướng xác định. Cũng nói theo cách khác dễ hiểu hơn thì đây là một loại động cơ chạy bằng nguồn điện áp DC – điện áp 1 chiều (Khác với những điện áp AC xoay chiều). Đầu dây ra của động cơ này thường gồm có hai dây (dây nguồn – VCC và dây tiếp đất – GND). DC motor là một loại động cơ một chiều với động cơ quay liên tục.
Khi chúng ta cung cấp năng lượng thì động cơ DC sẽ khai mạc quay, chuyển từ điện năng thành cơ năng. Hồ hết những động cơ DC cũng sẽ quay với cường độ RPM vô cùng cao (tức số vòng xoay/phút). Tốc độ không tải của động cơ DC nếu như không giảm tốc thì có thể đạt từ 1000RPM đến 40.000RPM.
Một ví dụ về động cơ DC đấy là có tốc độ quay lên tới mức 22.000RPM cùng hộp giảm tốc Planet. Ứng dụng của động cơ DC cũng vô cùng đa dạng và hầu như có mặt trong mọi nghành nghề dịch vụ của đời sống. Trong tivi, đài FM, máy in- photo, ổ đĩa DC, hay máy công nghiệp…v…v.
So với động cơ điện 1 chiều thì có loại không chổi than (tức là Brushless DC Motor- BLDC) và động cơ có thêm chổi than (Brush DC Motor- DC Motor). Do động cơ BLDC thực chất đấy là động cơ điện 3 pha không đồng bộ do vậy chúng tôi chỉ xét động cơ điện 1 chiều có chổi than.
Phân loại những động cơ điện một chiều
Động cơ điện 1 chiều được phân loại theo kích từ thành các loại sau:
Kích từ độc lập, song song, tiếp nối và hỗn hợp. Với mỗi 1 loại động cơ điện 1 chiều như vậy thì sẽ có được những ứng dụng khác nhau. Tuy nhiên trên thực tế, ta chủ yếu chỉ xúc tiếp với những loại động cơ DC có công suất thấp với phần Stator được sử dụng nam châm hút từ vĩnh cửu nên thông thường sẽ không còn cần đến phần kích từ cho những động cơ. Do vậy việc phân loại trên chỉ mang tính chất tham khảo để mọi người dân có thể tìm hiểu thêm về động cơ DC.
Cấu trúc và nguyên tắc hoạt động của động cơ DC
Cấu trúc
Gồm có 3 phần chính đó là rotor (phần ứng), stato (phần cảm) và phần cổ góp – chỉnh lưu.
- Stator của động cơ điện 1 chiều thường sẽ là 1 trong hoặc nhiều những cặp nam châm hút từ vĩnh cửu, hoặc là nam châm hút từ điện.
- Rotor có những cuộn dây quấn và được nối với những nguồn điện một chiều.
- Phòng ban chỉnh lưu có nhiệm vụ là đổi chiều của dòng điện trong những lúc chuyển động quay của roto là liên tục. Thông thường thì phòng ban này gồm có một bộ cổ góp và một bộ chổi than để xúc tiếp với cổ góp.
Nguyên tắc hoạt động
Pha 1: Từ trường của rotor cùng cực với stator nên sẽ đẩy nhau tạo nên chuyển động xoay của rotor.
Pha 2: Rotor sẽ tiếp tục quay
Pha 3: Phòng ban chỉnh điện sẽ đổi cực sao cho từ trường giữa stator và rotor cùng dấu sau đó trở lại pha 1
Nếu như trục của một động cơ điện 1 chiều được kéo bằng một lực phía bên ngoài, động cơ sẽ hoạt động như thể một loại máy phát điện một chiều, nó sẽ tạo ra một sức điện động cảm ứng là Electromotive force (EMF). Khi vận hành thường ngày thì rotor khi quay sẽ phát ra một điện áp được gọi là sức phản điện động của counter – EMF (hay CEMF) hoặc sức điện động đối kháng, bởi vì nó sẽ đối kháng lại với điện áp ở phía bên ngoài đặt vào động cơ. Sức điện động này nó sẽ tương tự như sức điện động được phát ra khi mà động cơ được sử dụng như thể một máy phát điện (giống lúc tất cả chúng ta nối một điện trợ tải vào đầu ra của động cơ và kéo trục của động cơ bằng một ngẫu lực từ phía bên ngoài). Như vậy thì điện áp đặt trên động cơ sẽ gồm có 2 thành phần: sức phản điện động và điện áp giáng để tạo ra do điện trở nội của những cuộn dây phần ứng.
